Premiere Pro seems to only provide a subsampled version of the source image in PF_Cmd_DO_DIALOG. Is there a way to retrieve a full resolution image during PF_Cmd_DO_DIALOG in Premiere without having to come up with my own caching mechanism that grabs the full resolution images passed to PF_Cmd_RENDER?
