How can I get the "Braodcast Standard (NTSC / PAL)" of setting of Encore project ?

I'd like to get the setting of "Braodcast Standard" to change the list of the resolution by NTSC or PAL.

Does Encore automatically set "ADBEMPEGCodecBroadcastStandard" from the content of the project?
