Create a new sequence from Media files in the project

Hi eveyone,

     I am trying to export media from time line using Actioscript.

     I can now only export sequences, i want to export other media files also, so i was trying to create a new sequence with its content formed from media files and then export it.

     Can somebody suggest any other way to export other media files in the project??

     or Anyway to assigh the media files as the sequnce...

     Urgent, Please help.
